At ÆON Credit Services India Private Limited, “ACSI” we are strongly committed to protect the information that the customer submits to us (Personal Information) and would endeavor to protect it from unauthorized use.
This policy explains how ACSI, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 collects, handles, uses and discloses Personal Information collected from you. You authorize ACSI ownership of any data you provide. You may request deletion of your account and information from the database in accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions and privacy policy. However, you will not be able to delete your account if you have an outstanding obligation (e.g. loan) towards ACSI. You shall have the option to opt out of certain types of information sharing and communications. You may tell us not to send mail, telephone, e-mail, SMS, and mobile notifications. You may opt out of receiving these communications by deleting your account.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policy, or if you believe our policy or applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information have not been respected, you may file a complaint with our Customer Service Department, and we will respond to let you know who will be handling your matter and when you can expect a further response.
