Responsible for getting the project developed as per SDLC process. To ensure stake holder’s needs are analyzed, structured and specified for use in design and implementation of a solution.
Preparing Annual System Budgeting, Costing and Forecasting.
Managing the Agreements/AMC etc.
Handling the Audit issues.
Maintain communication with all stakeholders. Completely handling end-to-end pre-development and post development phase.
Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Managing end-to-end project and coordination with vendors and ensuring that all the deliverables are delivered on time with proper documents.
Responsible for getting deployment done by System Operations Team.

Required Skills And Knowledge

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

The Purpose of the job is to advice and take action in all the request raised by Recovery Officer (RO) in above 3rd bucket. To support the Recovery Officer (RO) in all legal recovery cases which are in Non-Performing Asset (NPA). Legal support to collections team to achieve their respective targets through legal tools.


  • Appointment of Advocate wherever required as per RO request & agreement
  • Filing of Criminal cases where ever required through RO empaneled Advocate.
  • Follow up with Advocate towards issuing of Demand Notices in all contracts above 3rd bucket and take the feedback of the return cover
  • Help and guide the team with all legal action that can be taken for recovery and ensure that as per the requirement of the RO same is been initiated.
  • Streamlining of legal process through specific legal MIS for all regions on monthly basis.
  • Timely feedback to collections for accounts on which legal cases has been filed.
  • Adhere to the laid down collections legal processes especially sending Dunning notices, loan recall notices, timely withdrawal of cases & filling of cases against the customers
  • Reducing cost of Legal Initiation through Corrective Legal action based on Customer Nature and Default.
  • Timely follow up of Sec. 138 & Sec 9 cases filed by the Company for both pending & fresh cases with attention to cases filed against the Company.
  • Coordination with lawyers for speedy disposal of cases by providing adequate information.
  • To assist ROs in getting interim order for Repossession of the asset by initiating Sec 9 in consultation with the Regional Heads.
